If you want a defined abdomen, high definition micro-liposuction. If you want more shape somewhere, fat transfer. Many plans combine two of these, and we sort that out with you at the consultation.
Fat cells that are removed do not come back, and skin that is removed is gone. The fat cells that remain can still grow with weight gain, and skin keeps aging. A stable weight is the best way to protect your result.
